Athlone Agri. Show welcomes all breeders and exhibitors to this year’s event. This year we have 14 breeds with more than 100 classes alongside champion and reserve champions for each breed. We again have the inter breed Supreme and Reserve champions kindly sponsored by KEPAK with prize money of 300 euro for the Champion and 100 euro for each of the 3 Reserve Champions. We host the all-Ireland Champion Belgian Beltex, Dassenkopp all Ireland , Hampshire Down All Ireland and the Blue Texel All Ireland Championships  . We also host qualifiers for the all Ireland Breeding Ewe Lamb Championship, All Ireland Breeding Hogget Ewe Championships,  and the All Ireland Young Shepherd/Shepherdess Championship.
