H43: Qualifier - Irish Draught Two Year Old Filly Championship
The Irish Shows Association and Limerick Show Society presents the Irish Draught Two Year Old Filly Championship. Delivered by HSI and funded under National Breeding Services by the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine. Entry fee to qualifying show €15 and to final €30. Final Limerick Show - SUNDAY 23rd August 2026.
RULES AND CONDITIONS
1. This competition is open to animals with the breed code ID, registered in The Irish Draught Horse Studbook (or a harmonised Irish Draught Studbook) with recorded breeding.
2. Exhibitors to both the qualifier & Final must have their animals passport available for inspection prior to entry to Judging Ring. Failure to comply with this rule will lead to disqualification.
3. Passports & Microchips should be read by a Vet at the Final
4. Two animals may qualify for the final provided the judges feel the standard is high enough for an ISA Championship.
5. One of the judges at the qualifying show must be a qualified Irish Draught Horse Judge.
6. Animals qualified for final are not eligible to enter any other class at show where the final is held.
7. The Qualifying Exhibitor must fill out their own Qualifying Card at each Qualifying Show. Completed card and entry fee must be handed into the secretary's office on show day.

PRIZES 1st €500, 2nd €300, 3rd €250, 4th €200, 5th €150, 6th €100, 7th to end €50
ENTRY FEE To Qualifying Show €15. To Final €30. A prize will be presented for Combination of Best Turned Out Animal & Most Suitably Dressed Handler
